Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Every cap is embroidered to order, so there is a short production window before anything leaves.

Production time

Orders go into production within one working day. Embroidery and finishing usually take a further two to five working days.

Delivery

Standard tracked delivery across the United Kingdom, 2 to 4 working days after production. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

Where we ship

The United Kingdom for now. We are not taking orders from outside the UK yet. If you would like us to ship to your country, email hello@lowkeydeen.com and we will let you know when that changes.

Wrong or missing deliveries

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the parcel, contact us within 14 days at hello@lowkeydeen.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
