Delivery

Every cap is embroidered to order, so there is a short production window before anything ships.

Production time

Orders are put into production within one working day. Embroidery and finishing usually take two to five working days on top of that.

Shipping times and cost

• United Kingdom, standard tracked: 2 to 4 working days after production. Free over £99.
• Europe: 5 to 10 working days after production.
• Rest of world: 7 to 20 working days after production.

Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.

Wrong or missing deliveries

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the parcel, contact us within 14 days at hello@lowkeydeen.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
