What we collect when you buy a cap, why we hold it, and how to get it removed.

Who we are

Lowkeydeen, contactable at hello@lowkeydeen.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number where given, and what you bought.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account data, if you choose to create an account.
• Technical data: IP address and basic browsing information, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we hold it

To take payment, produce and deliver your order, handle returns, and meet our accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest in running the shop securely.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, our print and fulfilment partner, and our delivery carrier, each only with the data needed to do their part. Some of these partners operate outside the United Kingdom, in which case transfers rely on approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for six years, as required for tax. Marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to hello@lowkeydeen.com. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
