The site is operated by Lowkeydeen. Registered trading details and company number are to be confirmed before launch.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an email confirming the item has entered production. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund in full.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include United Kingdom VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

Products

Caps are one size with an adjustable strap, in 100% cotton corduroy, with flat embroidery. Images on this site are mockups and colour reproduction varies between screens. Embroidery position may vary by a few millimetres, which is normal for a made-to-order garment.

Your legal rights

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, and the Lowkeydeen name remain our property. You may not reproduce them commercially.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
